I've had the opportunity to work with Gaspar twice. The first time he was recommended by my insurance auditor and the second time he came to me directly to see if I needed his services. Both times Gaspar worked with me to provide the best solution while staying within my budget. He's replaced my roof and patio twice, both times due to sever hail storms. He's also worked on my gutters and siding. He even offered to install shutters we had previously bought for no extra charge! Gaspar was always available when I needed to speak with him. His contractors were courteous, timely and, most importantly, neat. The greatest thing about Gaspar is that while maintaining a completely professional relationship, it always felt like a friendship instead. He's an outstanding person with whom to do business.

A few years ago, Gasper Pumila's Company preformed an extensive exterior renovation project at one of the Condominium Association Developments that we Managed (and still Manage) here in Metairie Louisiana.
Like any extensive construction project, minor issues arose during the course of the 3 month long project. In my 30+ years of overseeing Construction/Renovation projects on behalf of Owners/Clients, perhaps the most important thing I have learned about dealing with Contractors is how they handle issues when they arise. In every insistence, Mr. Pumila and his sub-contractor performed flawlessly quickly taking whatever needed action was required to rectify the issue. Perhaps equally and/or more importantly, they were resolved without additional cost to my client.
In the months that followed completion of that project, we did have an occasion to contact Mr. Pumila concerning an issue that surfaced. Mr. Pumila responded quickly to the call and more importantly resolved the issue quickly again at no additional cost to us.
Needless to say, we would recommend his services to anyone wishing to deal with a "straight-up", honest Contractor! Thanks Gasper!

My Wife and I were in the process of getting our current home in Montz, La ready for sale in the local real estate market.
The house had several items that needed to be addressed with repairs ranging from a leaky roof in the covered porch, laminate floor repairs, roof inspection, glass window replacement, porch door replacement, and new carpeting replacement.
Gasper Pumila managed to handle these repairs either himself or arrange to have other co contractors come in and repair or replace. We are very satisfied with Mr. Pumila's service and would recommend him to other homeowners.

Did a great job on roof repairs, reenforcing areas of the roof that were sagging and replacing all the vent pipes and an attic ventilator fan. Quick service at a very fair price.
