- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would like my customers to know that I am very Hands-On and straight to the point I like to treat my customers and potential customers as people's not money signs or names on the paper each repair is unique as is the person and should be treated so
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to speak to the customer over the phone if they are able . get an idea of the property type a rough description of the problem so that I can get my equipment and materials prepared then schedule with time for the free estimates then explain to the customer in detail with pictures and a video what type of repair is necessary and exactly how much it cost
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed several Roofing courses in California and Texas as well as building and structure engineering school . and courses in mechanical engineering
