Dwayne responded within minutes of my service request. We promptly set up a time that was convenient for me, as Dwayne was even available that same day. He was punctual, arriving on the appointment date right on schedule. Dwayne mounted my TV to my desired height and even looked at another issue I bought up on short notice once he completed the service request.
