Dwayne, was quick in response and his cost was not expensive at all. His quality of work also was phenomenal. He did not make me feel uncomfortable or weird. If you are a solo woman and mounting a tv is your only task you can’t fully do yourself, then pick Dwayne. He explained the product(the mount) and what it can do and again I felt comfortable with him in my home.
