I hired Down South Home Improvement to handle several repairs at my mother’s house to get it ready for the market, and Roger did an outstanding job. He replaced a garbage disposal, repaired a damaged wall, and hung new sheetrock. The quality of the work is top-notch—you can't even tell where the wall was repaired. He was professional, arrived on time, and left the place spotless. It’s hard to find a contractor with this kind of attention to detail and work ethic. Highly recommended.

    To ensure the highest quality of service and safety for every project, my rates are structured as a $140 initial service call (which includes the first hour of labor), followed by $90 per hour for any additional time required. This allows me to bring all the professional-grade tools and hardware necessary to get your job done right the first time.
