Services: deep cleaning (3bd/2ba) Review: exceeded my standards. First I want to say that I WILL be utilizing Ro’s services again. Let’s start with her personality! From our first interaction, she’s professional, and ensures what you’re looking for her to do is cleared before she begins her service. She then completes a walk through with you (this is where you can tell her any specific target areas you want her to focus/not focus on— either way, she cleans each room as if she’s living in it herself (praise God for that)…but let’s move on…shall we. Following the walk through, she will give you an approximate finish time, and she gets right to work!!! Throughout her service she communicates when needed. Ro is resourceful! She not only provides a great service but has connections in several other industries such as flooring etc… she services so many clients in the Lafayette and Youngsville area which gave me comfort because neighbors are able to speak to her quality work. In short, you will not be disappointed.
