- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls for lawn care services we normally set up a date and time to come give a estimate. Once i give the estimate and they agree on the price we set up a day to complete the service they request. After the service is completed if they are satisfied with the work done we set up if they want it done reacurring.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
ever since i was little i had a passion for lawn care when i grew up i decided to start a lawn care business. it started off with a push mower cheap blower and weed eater. now i have a enclosed trailer, commercial zero turn, and other new equipment.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
hedge trimming this customer has not trimmed their hedges in years and they were way overgrown. after three hours of hard work i had the hedges shaped and trimmed. she was really satisfied with the service i provided and has been a recurring customer ever since.
