- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with buyers and sellers. For my buyers, I send listings and search to find "the one". I will set up and go with you on appointments to see homes. I will be with you EVERY step of the process and beyond. The contract, inspections, even other realtors can be all be a scary situation if you don't know your way around. I will take you through the closing and beyond. I don't believe my job stops the moment you buy your new home. I want to be your realtor for LIFE. I want you to be able to contact me anytime before or after closing with questions, concerns or just to keep in touch!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to a couple realtors, see who calls you right back or emails you right back, day or night. See who you are comfortable talking to. Are you just another job to them? Or will they find it a privilege to be your agent? If you are listing your home, will they list and forget you? What active ways will they market your home? I will post on over 350 websites to get the MOST viewings for your home. I will post on active sites several times a week. We will work together to price right for a quick sale. I will do open houses and go out and TALK to your neighbors, your community, and get your home sold quickly. Just ask, what they will do for you?
