- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers from Thumbtack will receive a new client discount. We generally provide a quote based on complexity and request that all new clients schedule an initial 10-15 minute call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally begin with a brief new client call to get a better understanding of your situation and tax needs. All documents are uploaded via our secure client portal. New clients will receive a portal access link after the initial phone call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 10 years of tax preparation experience, working with numerous individuals and businesses. Clients will have their taxes prepared by one of our licensed professionals.
