DDT Enterprise is an excellent property management company. They provide reliable, well-organized services for property owners who want the benefits of renting their homes without the day-to-day headaches of dealing with tenants.
I’ve worked with DDT Enterprise as a contractor for about a year now, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The team is professional, communicative, and easy to work with. Jobs are clearly scoped, scheduling is straightforward, and they respect both contractors and property owners while meeting the needs/requests of tenants.
The company is run by genuinely good people who know what they’re doing and value quality work. If you’re a homeowner looking for solid property management, or a contractor looking to work with a well-run company, I highly recommend DDT Enterprise.

DDT Enterprise is by far the best rental company I have ever used. The application process was easy and efficient. They were willing to work around our schedule for the touring of the home. Once accepted, we received a welcome packet which detailed activities in the area, additional amenities, and a general idea of what is around the home (schools, grocery stores, recreational areas). The best part about renting through DDT Enterprise is how EASY they make it to communicate with them. In the rare event that an issue arose regarding the property, they would respond day or night. They show genuine concern not only the property, but YOU. As an example, we had a small issue with a toilet that would not drain properly. I messaged them at 7:30 pm asking for assistance with this issue. They responded in less than five minutes saying that they would schedule a plumber to come out. Within twenty minutes they had scheduled a plumber for the following morning! When I moved, they provided clear and simple instructions regarding the move out procedures with additional footnotes reminding me to cancel services to prevent you from being charged by other companies (electric, internet, gas). If I could rent through DDT again, I would. Renting through DDT is a must! I cannot emphasize enough DDT Enterprise is a 10/10 company!

Great experience working with my property manager. We went from two homes with no rental income to one fully occupied with great tenants and the other ready for a family member to move in. Professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to get everything resolved smoothly. Highly recommend.

I just signed my lease with DDT Enterprise and by far this was the best experience ive had with a leasing agent. Im military and ive had to travel alot and Demetrice is definitely someone who cares and I couldn't have asked for a better experience
