- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounted prices for return customers as well as multiple properties discount. We also offer weekly rates for customer who want to have a handyperson on staff. Prices are subject to change if job requires it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make my customers feel special. I try to respond to all concerns and needs or the customer. I introduce myself tell a little about the company and what we offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned most of my skills by trial and error with the assistance of friends and family teaching me along the way. I attended college to get certified.
