- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing is clearly listed online, so customers can easily see the cost for their home size and number of bathrooms. I offer fair, transparent rates with no hidden fees. I provide discounts for recurring cleanings and referrals because I want quality cleaning to stay affordable and straightforward for every client. Please note: • Travel fees may apply depending on the distance, and these are not included in the automatic estimate. • I do charge an initial cleaning fee based on the condition of your house. • All services are listed at base prices, but the final cost may increase depending on time, condition, or specific requests. I always communicate any price changes upfront so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by reviewing the services they’re interested in from my online pricing list and confirming the details of their home. I ask a few questions to understand any specific areas they want me to focus on. During the cleaning, I prioritize attention to detail, efficiency, and respecting their home. Afterward, I check in to make sure they’re completely satisfied and welcome any feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I don’t have formal schooling in cleaning, I’ve been professionally cleaning homes since 2022 and have gained extensive hands-on experience. Over time, I’ve developed expertise in deep cleaning, organizing, and using safe and effective cleaning products. I continuously learn new techniques and best practices to ensure every home I clean is spotless and well-cared-for.
