- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My business is dedicated to providing professional quality cleaning services at affordable prices. There's no hidden costs or unexpected up pricing when doing business with me. My pricing is always straight Forward and you always know what you're paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I took up my virtual quote feature when we got hit with COVID-19. It provided a very effective solution to getting my clients a way to keep their homes sanitized and their families safe. It ended up being such a time saver that I now offer it all the time. Following their video I put together an estimate based on their financial means and the services they require. My first visit will always be a deep clean to ensure all following visits will go smoothly with as little up charging as possible. You can expect me to always arrive prepared, in high spirits and to get the job done as quickly as efficiently as I possibly can. I have an eye for detail , and I know how to listen to what my clients are requesting of me, so you can always expect me to do it right the first time as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing housekeeping for over 15 years. But I have also served as a manager in the a Food and drinks industry, I was a property manager, and I'm a mother of 4. All my life I have been working in the field of keeping people safe and Happy. As a restaurant manager I was trained in food and establishment health and safety as well as chemical handling and disposal safety. As a property manager I learned a lot on how to take care of a person's home. And as a mother I know how to take care of a family.
