I do is making friends and building relationships through business. Seeing a moldy, dirty home before we get started and walking through the home to display the final results is an awesome feeling. Customers are always shocked!!

Marcus went above and beyond what was asked. He cleaned and repaired my gutters, one I didn't know needed repaired all for a very reasonable price. He and his assistant were very nice and professional. I am very pleased with the work he did.

Perfect job! Exceeded my expectations. The guy is honest and punctual and knowledgeable and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I will use him every time. He cleaned my gutters and cleaned the exterior of my house. It looks better than when I bought the place. He also did my walk way and patio and outbuilding, which he didn’t need to do but I’m glad he did. He is installing gutter guards for me as well.

Marcus responded promptly to all of my correspondence. He was able to provide same day service to clean my gutters. He also made recommendations about other maintenance items that needed to be done, but I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me. I will use him again in the near future.

Yes, for window cleaning, my prices are based strictly on window type and numbers. Pressure washing, driveway sealing, and gutter cleaning are priced by the square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to walk around the home, explain the pricing, and make sure my customers are okay with them. Then, I let the customer know
My plan of action and get the work done in an organized, effective, and safe manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Corporate Management Degree(lol. I know. Doesn't make any sense.) Also, I trained for 4 months to become a certified technician. My main training for this field came from the Window Gang franchise. I was a crew leader for the Nashville Franchise for 2.5 years while attending Lipscomb University.
