Rob is great, he got right to the problem of my washer however a part needed to be ordered. He gave me a time when the part should be in and did not delay when coming back to finish the repair. He even looked at my stove while here as my "favorite" burner is out and I am glad to know he should be able to get that done for me as well. He is punctual and cleans up after himself which is a great plus when getting service. Thanks so much!
