Aaron was very professional and very pleasant. He explained what he had to do. He didn’t mind that the washer and dryer was a full size stackable. He explained that he had to order and pick up the part. Asked if he can come back or reschedule a time that works best for you. Called when he could not make the exact time. I highly recommend him for your job. I will be calling Platinum Appliance for all my appliance issues.

This was an amazing amazingly quick fix. My mom 83 was having plumbing issues for over the last two years then when talking to her she really didn’t get the right service. Aaron came in he was confident he would have us fix with no problem. O my gosh it was quick. Incorrect garbage disposal that caused backup into dishwasher and dishwasher would backup. He explained everything told us to hat the problem was, fixed easily cleaned up and we are soooo happy best money spent! My mom can use her sink and dishwasher. Thanks again Aaron!
