I was desperately looking for someone who could help my elderly in-laws set up their internet connection after they’d been trying to fix it for weeks. They had gotten a new hard drive and it had messed up their wifi connection on all of their devices. I live across the country from my in-laws and was so relieved to find Moses. He was willing to go to their home on the day I contacted him… which was a Sunday. According to my mother-in-law, Moses was patient, kind, and thorough, fixing the problem and setting up internet on each of their devices and making sure to write down all the passwords for them. I am so grateful for his help!
