Kahlida was the blessing we didn’t know we needed. Initially we thought we could pull an entire wedding off with just us and a few nice friends who would help, but we quickly realized a day-of wedding coordinator was a must.
Kahlida not only brought of aspects of the wedding day that we had not thought of, but she also gave advice on how logistics would work. She created lists and schedule for us to adhere to, and she confirmed all vendors.
On the day Kahlida kept us in line and on-time with a smile and several gentle nudges about the timelines we had planned to keep. Kahlida was not a rigid fixture pointing and grunting orders she was a part of the party too. She mingled with guests gaining feedback on how hungry people were and adjusted our timelines accordingly when the reception kitchen had their own agenda.
We had a remarkable wedding day that folks are raving about weeks later. We highly recommend Kahlida to coordinate your wedding . You will not be disappointed with her personality, wisdom and organizational leadership.

I absolutely loved working with Kahlida. She is kind and gracious, was highly valuable to us, and is fun, incredibly competent and organized. She helped us make good decisions about how to go about making our wedding visions come to reality, and then executed those plans beautifully, allowing us to just enjoy the experience. Her background in law was also particularly helpful as she reviewed contracts for us and managed a lot of the details. I would absolutely recommend her to coordinate your wedding, and already have to one of my friends!

Kahlida is a delight as a human and as a day-of wedding coordinator. My fiancé and I planned our wedding ourselves but knew we’d need help on the big day. Kahlida was a dream, coordinating chair set up, flowers, musicians, food, guest arrivals, and any last minute details we needed.
