- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to understand what my client needs and how I can best help them. We will first have a consultation via which ever method the client chooses (In-person, phone, zoom). Here is where we will discuss ideas for the shoot. Then we will land a plan for the logistics (shoot day schedule, props, etc.) We shoot! Then I get to editing and will have a relatively quick turnaround for your photography!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a visual artist my whole life but my formal education in the arts started in high school in the theatre department in the costume department. I learned there about all visual principles and how to apply them to any art form. I graduated from Louisiana State University in mass communication and fashion merchandising in 2016. It was here where I developed my technical skills in creating digital media. Recently, I graduated with my master’s degree in fashion management and marketing from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2021. It was at SCAD where all my artistic training and knowledge culminated into creating art and products people love.
