This time it was back to where my fiancé and I went to college for our engagement photos and the photographer was fantastic! I was very happy with the photos that came out! Cost-effectiveness is definitely the best in New Orleans. Already recommending to friends around me who need it!

Really felt our experience could have been better if Teresa herself actually shot our client, but we’ll never know. Teresa passed our scheduled photoshoot job to her “2nd” who proved to be unskilled. She had a dental emergency we discovered hours before the photoshoot. Life happens, we understand that. However, we paid $250 received only 17 photos total despite our agreement stating we’d have ownership of all photoshoot photos. Our other photos were mysteriously deleted by her assistant photographer, but wasn’t made aware of this until after 3 weeks because the assistant left the country. She stated her assistant 2nd wasn’t proud of his work so he deleted them without ever allowing us the client to even see them. The few photos we did receive 4 or 5 had our clients black bra showings, some with unflattering facial expressions, the best posed picture was out of focus, lighting off, poor angles/poses even though we provided examples of what we wanted. We even received black and white shoots edits we did not ask for, and were never provided the in color pre-edits images. Man, this photoshoot experience was a complete bust lol with exception of like 2 photos. We are redoing it for our client. Wasted money and wasted time. Teresa did offer to reshoot the photoshoot herself, however our client flew in from CA on a work conference, so that option didn’t work. Requested a refund hadn’t heard anything from her doubt I will unless she reads this review and feels like repairing the subpar experience provide.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I get to know you. I want to know what you want from your photo shoot, your likes and dislikes. I need to know about you before I can capture your best photos. Once we get to know about each other, I like to discuss the location(s) you are most interested in, and when you would like your photo session to take place! The rest is up to me! I arrive early and have everything ready to go. If you mentioned young children I like to bring along a little gift to break the ice and set them at ease! If you have an uncomfortable adult I will do the same.... lol. It is important that you and your guests feel comfortable and have a fun and enjoyable experience. We aim to please!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done documentary photojournalism and completed a full course of study with the New York Institute of Photography for all portraits and events. I am enrolled in the BFA of Photography at Savannah College of Art and Design.
