I have been framing houses and remodeling for 45 years now. I started framing houses when I was 18yrs old and did that for about 30-35 years. Ever since then i have been doing remodeling,additions,fences, decks, gazebos, sheetrock, painting, flooringect ect. .Honestly the only thing I can not do is electrical and plumbing.
I have alwalys loved working in construction and knowing that my customers will be 100% more than satisfied with my work.That makes me feel good.

Rodney built a split level deck attached to my home around a 100+ year old oak. Was a tough job given the exposed roots and need to fit to the tree in fairly tight space. He did a great job, delivering a solid deck, with nice precision and quick turnaround. Very communicative always checked in on decisions and great price. I’d work with him again without a doubt.

Rodney did an excellent job on my pool deck. I told him what I needed done and he was very accommodating. On time every day and cleaned up the job site when he was done. Definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First let me say,i only accept check or cash for all jobs.I really do not have a standard pricing for any of my jobs. My price for a job just depends on how small or large the job is. I can also be pretty confident in saying, my prices are very reasonable. I am not trying to get rich. I am only trying to live, and I try to give my customers the fairest price possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer I usually like to speak to them on the phone and talk about the work needed. Then I would want to go out and look at the job and what all needs to be done.I would then explain exactly to the customer what it would take to do the job, and then give them the fairest price I can possibly give to them.o
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned everything that I know by working since I am 18 years old framing houses, so basically almost 40 years of education by hands on training
