Mr. Mendoza is very talented. He is an honest, trustworthy professional. He has worked for my property management company since 2007. He tackles small jobs and large projects with the same enthusiasm. Do the best job for the least amount of money! He kept my rental houses and apartments in market-ready condition. Some were section-8 housing and they required unique compliances. He knows the rules and regulations to maintain these properties. He has become a vital part of my business plan, because I can count on him to get the job done.

Andy did an amazing job fixing my front door! After a rain storm my door began sticking and there was a small leak as well. He gave me a very accurate quote and the work he did was excellent. The door shuts better than new! Also, he showed promptly and at a time that worked well with my schedule. I would highly recommend him to others and will contact him again when something else needs to be fixed.
