Chef Micah catered my wedding. I was married June 14 and it's now December and people are still talking about the food! Chef Micah was, of course, extemly professional and the food was the best Louisiana cuisine my friends & family have ever had. I'm not kidding. I don't know how else to say it. True Louisiana cuisine at it's finest: Crawfish étouffée, Jambalaya, bread pudding, all the staples with culinary expertise.

Great food made by a wonderful chef!! A 5 star restaurant on wheels!!! AWESOME every time!!
