Introduction: ...you don't need to dress up to enjoy this food, you just need hunger, curiosity and friends... Surprising people, haha, seriously though, when someone thinks they don't like something and then they let me cook it for them and then they realize: they've been wrong all along, serving epiphanies... Or when people eat something I've made and it takes them back to whatever place they were in when they first tasted the dish... Culinary time travel, memory and sensory saturation, I like to think about food and cooking like that :)
