They were unresponsive and stopped showing up for work. Have not completed the job til date. The work that they did perform is not up to code and is already falling apart. Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent.

Very sad to say that after paying $1500 for a roof repair that included a 5 YEAR warranty in July 2024 on the work, Shane/Shana have refused to uphold the warranty, 5 MONTHS later. The leak they assured me was fixed was leaking again within 3 months- Oct 2024. We’ve reached out multiple times, set appointments, they NEVER showed up. The only reply I’ve gotten is “so sorry we’re busy”. I’ve called, texted, emailed approx 20 times following that brush off. No reply. I now have the same leak that I had that I hired them to fix and I’m out the cost of the project plus no explanation about whether they will uphold the warranty that they insisted was included in the cost of their work. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
