What it costs to provide a service with all the required certifications and insurances. And how it impacts charges to the customer...Labor costs today at a minimum for a reliable unskilled worker without tools is approximately $10.00 per hour. We have to pass this cost on to the client..so we make sure that who we hire is capable and will not waste time.
