- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer our goal is to make the customer as comfortable as possible. We would first reach out to the potential customer via Thumbtack and wait for a response. When the customer responds we ask questions to get clarity and to set up a time to meet at the jobsite. During the meeting at the jobsite we take note of the specific needs of the customer and set up a time to start the project based on the customer's availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been painting for over 6 years and working on small residential construction projects throughout the years. Whittney is in the Carpenters Union and has various certifications through the Union. Domonique has been working with family members in the construction business and is versatile in different carpentry and handyman work through his previous experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Whittney has always had a passion for construction. She enjoys watching and being a part of the process from start to finish. She believes that houses are pieces of art that require a special kind of love to bring the artwork to life. Domonique was raised in a household of master carpenters and construction workers and discovered his passion after watching his family buy houses and restore them from blight to beauty. Domonique loves seeing the look on peoples faces when their visions are made a reality.
