- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I ask for a 2 hour minimum at $65 per hour. I offer a discount to single parents as I am one myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet and discuss the project to get a feel for one another and your vision. On larger projects I will ask for a deposit, but for quick turnaround work you can pay via your email receipt easily once work is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a long list of OJT ranging from disaster restoration to HVAC, I am formally trained as an aviation mechanic and EMT. I'm a certified instructor for the American Red Cross, HSI, EMS Safety and owner of Black Hills CPR in South Dakota.
