On-Site Arrival & Inspection Your mechanic arrives in a branded, fully equipped vehicle. They perform diagnostics (fee included) and answer any questions. Final Approval & Repair We share findings and final costs for your approval, then, we work using quality parts and factory-grade tools. Quality Check & Walk-Through After the repair, your tech reviews the work, shows you replaced parts if you’d like, and ensures you’re 100% satisfied before you sign off. Warranty & Follow-Up Every job is backed by our 12-month/12,000-mile nationwide warranty. We follow up to confirm everything’s running smoothly and to collect your feedback.
