Lotus Construction did an excellent job installing our Coretec Vinyl floating floor (resembling wood) in our Master Bedroom, Living/Dining Room, & Den. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the installation. Our job was a bit more challenging in that neighbors on either side of us had a serious hydrostatic pressure problem of water being forced up through the slab that ruined their floors after installation. To prevent that from happening to us, prior to our floor installation job, Lotus put down a special sealer (as shown the picture below) that is designed to protect from hydrostatic water pressure problems from happening. In addition to our vinyl, the installer also did a fabulous job installing marble tile around our fireplace. It was nice doing business with a company that was able to complete both jobs without having to call in a separate installer. We have no hesitation in recommending Lotus Construction to do your flooring job. You will be impressed with the ease in which the whole process will go.
