FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and is most likely in the mid level of cleaning prices. It may even be in the low-end bracket for certain areas. We try to charge fairly and we make sure that we go the extra mile by taking our time and adding a little work here and there to make both sides happy. Our price's all depend on how much work there is, how long it will take, how dirty the job is and if we have any valuable items that have to be moved or worked around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We look at trying to find out what is your need at the time and how we can address it. We like to talk in person but if not then over the phone. We go through what kind of work is needed, how much time will it take, has this kind of work been done before or will this be the first time it's happening and how much will it cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had training in residential cleaning, office cleaning, and interior painting for about 10 years. I also have a little experience with stripping and waxing floors. My husband has been washing windows for almost 5 years now and I have been doing it with him the past two years.
