We offer discounts for re-occuring cleanings and for property owners wanting our assistance with multiple properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client, it all starts with a conversation about what they are looking for and gathering some basic information about their home. At the booking, if you are home, we like to do a simple walkthrough with you. The walkthrough allows us to understand what you are looking for in your cleaning, and ensures that we can take care of any of your concerns on top of our cleaning list (for example, stained carpets or dishes in the sink). Payment is due at the time of completion, and if requested you are added to the schedule for your next re-occuring cleanings.

At Home Maid Clean we have worked with offices, landlords, homeowners, and tenants. We clean every space to perfection.
