Prior to Life and Relationship Coaching, I had a successful career as a college degreed chef for 16 years. I was able to work in some of the finest kitchens and catering companies in New Orleans and Atlanta by balancing professional relationships in that demanding field. I have also worked as a mentor to help others find success in the community for over 10 years. The proven techniques I have learned as Director, Executive Chef, and wife for over 20 years of marriage were not always my natural response. However, mastering the art of setting boundaries, communicating, and empathy example, has aided me to a level of effectiveness that I will share with you.
