Responded to request for quote in a few minutes. Arrived on time. Crew extremely friendly and professional. Covered furniture next to vents. Asked where to start to minimize interruption of household. Completed job on time. Explained what they were going to do. Cleaned up before leaving. Repeatedly checked during the cleaning process that they were not causing any major disruptions. Old house where duct work was never cleaned. Amount of grime removed unbelievable. Extremely satisfied with the finished results.0

They showed up a little early and got right to work assessing my duct work. They took pictures to show me just how much mold was present and explained the treatment process. I am thrilled with their work and have noticed a marked improvement in my allergies over the last few days! I will definitely be using Big Easy Environment in the future! Todd did a wonderful job, throughly cleaned the ducts, a/c coils, duct covers, discolorations on the ceiling and painted the covers that needed it. He was very considerate and put best looking covers on higher ceiling so we could safely replace the the lower covers. I can’t say enough good about Todd, my ceiling now looks new and he was a pleasure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing and often are more affordable then the franchise types.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a walk thru inspection and explain the recommended protocol for the required service. Written estimates are always firm and provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State Requirements are 40 hours of class, insurance and ethics. Myself and my employees are all trained by the manufacture of the products I use such as Anabec, Modec and the Indoor Air Quality Association. The DEQ has separate requirements and continuing education for my Asbestos licenses.
