- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are usually reasonable and we also consider the customers budget for the job to make it as stress free as possible. Traveling, supplies, labor costs etc are all added to the final quote or Flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is always key. Give us all the details of your items, would you like furniture assembly, your budget and also let us know if you need any additional supplies for the move (blankets, wrapping tape, ratchet straps). We love to be prepared to do our best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We started with 8 years of business management and financial management services before choosing to focus on this business. Our team has over 10 years of moving experience combined. Most new teammates have been helping family members move for years, decided to make a career of it and were trained by us.
