I had the best experience with Move Precision. Before the day of my move they were very responsive to my questions, concerns, and were flexible and understanding when I had to let them know the location of the unloading site changed last minute. The day of the move my 2 movers were on time, courteous, kind, and had everything moved out of my house and into the truck in record time, yet were so gentle and careful with my belongings. I'm a single woman and this was my first time packing and moving alone and they were so kind and patient with me the entire process from the moment I messaged to the very last item packer in the move. I was so happy with both their work and pricing. I will absolutely book again for any of my moving needs in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs have a 2 Hour minimum for services. We offer Labor Only and Full-Service Moves. Travel Fees may be attached to quote depending on service area. Assembly/Disassembly is included within your quote along with protective materials such as; furniture pads and shrink wrap.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Moving Specialist will contact customers to discuss details of move and answer any questions pertaining to moving day. Once all questions are answered, we send over our quote for the move to be accepted.
Customers are required to pay a 15% deposit once move is confirmed. Payment can be made through email via our electronic agreement/Invoice.
On moving day we will give customers a courtesy call 15 minutes prior to arrival. Our dedicated team will provide services until the project is complete or when the agreed time is reached. Remaining balances will be due on moving day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Move Precision has been servicing New Orleans and surrounding ares for 10+ years. During this time we have gained enough experience and hours that qualifies us to be specialist in our craft. Monthly training is continued within our organization for all laborers to ensure quality service.
