- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a pre-formulated algorithm that combines the cost of the materials with an estimated number of hours for the install to create a price. Every project is different so we price individually based on the information we are provided.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in the telecom industry as my first job. The military offered me a position to do the same type of work so I took it as well. I have been in the industry my whole life and am fascinated by it. I love the advancements that are happening every day!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our jobs vary from week to week. One week we will be performing a structured cabling job for a major retailer, the next week installing a phone system and wireless for a nursing home. That's one of the pleasures of the job, the variance in tasks.
