- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different sessions for our home organizing services. Once we see your project, we can give you a recommendation on how many and which we would recommend that best suit your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first hop on a call, hear more about what you want help with, and make sure it's a project we can help you with. We will then have a client send photos of their project so we can see it and give them an idea on timing and pricing. If everything sounds good, we can go from there, and we would love to help!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
