- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deposit due upon signing of contract. Balance due upon conclusion of the event. My rate is based either hourly or flat rate which is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with client and go over the details of the event. A contract is written out to confirm all details of the event and pay agreement. Once upon signage a Deposit is required and work begins. I work one on one with the client to locate venue, discuss decor, staffing, and all other details for their event. I also do onsite management for the client and if requested break down the event. Final payment is due upon conclusion of the event.

I have over 10 years event planning experience.
