Kellen is punctual and professional. No other Trainers I’ve had prior to him can even compare. He singlehandedly sculpted my post-baby tummy into a firm belly with his nutrition/meal guidance AND with custom workouts. The workouts were not always fun, but they’re ALWAYS INSPIRING. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The initial consultation is the foundation for creating an effective fitness program. New clients complete a health history assessment where we collect information on various topics such as current medical issues, pre-existing injuries, exercise history, and nutrition history. Next we complete the physical assessment process which consists of a postural assessment, movement analysis, and flexibility assessment. Once all data is collected, analyzed, and explained to the client, we work together to set both short-term and long-term goals. Based on all this information we design a comprehensive program that is tailored to the individual client’s abilities and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Clean Health Fitness Institute Certified General Population Transformation Coach
