After we closed on the house, he came out and made a bid. His pricing was very fair, far below others we got. The project moved at a good speed and turned out even better than we had expected. Tom was super easy to work with. He made great suggestions that improved our design as we went along. In all, he and his crew built the pool, installed gas lamps, added a gas grill to another courtyard area and enclosed the pool area with wrought iron fencing. The finished project matched our existing house so well that no one would ever know it was added decades later.
