- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only have a credit card processing fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with contacting the customer to get the information then either drive by or do an onsite estimate. We will let you know the price, then scedule a time to complete the work. We will give you a heads up before we get there and complete the service. The client will look at the work completed and let us know if anything is not up to there standards. If it is not up to thier standards we will do any touch ups or resprays for free.
