With Shannon from WiseMove, we got first-rate service at a fraction of what a seller's agent typically charges. Shannon is highly professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable about the real estate market. She was excellent at communicating with, and negotiating for, us. It makes no sense to pay a traditional agent commission when you can go with Shannon and WiseMove.

What can I say about this company and their agents that has not already been said... WOW! Talk about being beyond happy and satisfied with Shannon and Wisemove. We actually hired another agent to sell our home in Lakeview New Orleans and she was not able to sell our house after having it listed for almost 8 months! We decided to give Shannon a chance and in less than a month, she had our house sold and we ended up making more money from the sale than what we would have with the other agent due to the flat rate Wisemove charged! Which, of course, allowed us to purchase our dream home and property instead of having to settle with something "within our budget!". We loved what Shannon did for us and we even felt like she was part of the family. She was with us every step of the way, and I don't think there went a single day that she did not contact us just to touch base or to give us some sort of advice or help.
