I would highly recommend the WiseMove team to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate in the New Orleans area. Using their vast knowledge and insight of the local market, Alex, Shannon, Ben, and Jude went above and beyond to get our investment property under contract and closed as quickly as possible. Also, WiseMove's unique flat fee model saved us thousands on our investment compared to standard (and, frankly, antiquated) percentage-based real estate commission fees.
