I was mid move when my old apartment flooded and other companies denied me service to remove my things. Fair enough, but I needed to move into my new apartment ASAP to avoid mold. These guys responded in minutes, responded to all my messages immediately, and didn't mind getting dirty. 5 stars for communication, speed, and professionalism.

I had a great experience with this company. They helped me clear out my salon, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were very communicative through both text messages and phone calls, responded quickly, arrived exactly when they said they would, and got straight to work.

What I appreciated most was their professionalism and honesty. As a woman hiring a junk removal service, I was a little worried about being pressured into paying for extra services or being overcharged. Instead, they were upfront, fair, and never once tried to take advantage of the situation like other companies while shopping around for estimates. They gave me a fair price, stuck to it, and worked efficiently.

If you're looking for a junk removal company that's punctual, reliable, professional, and trustworthy, I highly recommend them. They made what could have been a stressful day so much easier.

Excellent work from start to finish. Timely and patient with me even when I changed the time and worked really quickly to haul my mattress and assemble my queen bed.

I was even given a tutorial on how to use the drawers properly when the job was complete. I will be a repeat client.

They immediately got in touch with me after I sent the initial message asking for help moving two dressers. Got a quote and scheduled easily and quickly.

They were running behind on schedule, but they were responsive and gave updates. They were extremely polite and respectful the entire time and apologized for the delay. They quickly and efficiently moved the dressers. Very professional and respectful. Even though I wasn’t thrilled with the delay, I’d still happily use them again.
