- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us to setup your FREE consultation! After scheduling your consultation, you will either be directed to complete our remote signup process or meet personally with a case manager. You will be expected to sign a Client Engagement Letter & provide a retainer for services before we begin your investigation. The case manager will explain any questions you may have regarding our policies and discuss the best plan for conducting your investigation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We are a Louisiana licensed PI Agency. It is of your best interest to check the licensing status and reputation of any PI agency you plan to hire with the Louisiana State Board of PI Examiners. Please ask to see the PI agency license, which all PI agencies should have available to the public. Hiring an unlicensed investigator could result in your evidence not being admissible in court.
