We start with a conversation to understand your goals and challenges. From there, I create a simple, personalized plan and provide ongoing support, accountability, and practical steps to help you move forward.

I have a strong background in business, personal development, and real-world experience. I am currently working toward becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), which deepens my understanding of relationships, mindset, and behavior.
