Mr. Fournet showed up early and assessed the problem with my oven. He then got the part and replaced it. I was so happy to see the burner light up in my oven! He was very nice.

It turns out there was nothing wrong with my refrigerator. He explained a few scenarios that could have led to the temporary warmer temperature in the refrigerator. I wasn’t charged for the call which was a very pleasant surprise. I’d definitely use his service again.
