FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please see our website for pricing or contact me for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step of training is to determine our customer's needs. We conduct in-person assessments prior to behavior modification to ensure the proper rehab program is provided. All dogs are different and a "one size fits all" approach will not work. A telephone meeting may be arranged for obedience training packages in order to better understand the client's specific requests. For boarding, we acquire information regarding the dog's health and background and schedule the boarding according to the owner's preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification from Duke University in Canine Emotion and Cognition. I am also a Professional Member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. Throughout the years, I've attended countless workshops and training programs to ensure my customers and their dogs receive the best training possible. Our training techniques include classical and operant conditioning as well as canine psychology.
