I first hired Daniel a little over 2 years ago, to do some cosmetic work on one of the rental properties that fall under my care. He has since been re-hired for and completed a number of projects for myself all of which he has impressed on. He's simple to work with, very knowledgeable and hard-working and also personable and humble. He's always been very attentive, offering insight and suggestion where it is welcomed and extremely professional.
