- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is determined by the size, amount of rooms and hours to clean. We have a very tight net pricing system that allows us to offer our clients resaonable rates that provides high quality services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new client, we do the following: * client request for a quote * we give the client a call to schedule a walk through to inspect the areas that need to be clean. At this time we would listen to what our client want and then make suggestions as needed * after the walk through, we will send an accurate quote invoice (within 24 hours; next day) to the clients email for their review and if client agrees with price; we then schedule a time and day for services to start that works with our clients schedule * once we recieve the date and time for services we will then send a confirmation email which will include the date and time the customer requested, detail information on what all needs to be clean *once work is completed, we will then send you an email for you to review your space to make sure all services requested was completed and up to your standards and then payment will be due upon receipt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees each comes with over 10 years of experience with residential and commercial clients. Our employees have worked within school boards, colleges, residential, office, hospitals, and hair salons just to name a few.
