- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount to all Veterans. We go over pricing on the phone or with a free no obligation estimate in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls we talk about the items that you have. Typically if the project seems small we can give you a price over the phone. In some cases we ask for pictures or if the project seems big we will come out and do a free no obligation estimate. That way we can give you a ball park price and keep the pricing transparent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Marine Veteran. You must be a Veteran or military member to be an owner of this franchise. I spent a week in headquarters for training on Junk Removal & Hauling.
